Review summary

For my first cruise I had a wonderful time. Its very hot there so next time I will be more prepared with my packing. The ship is beautiful with lots of activities. If you are bored on this boat there is something wrong with you.

Embarkation

Super easy and only took about 20 mins to get through the line

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was wonderful in the dining rooms. The buffet food was good but it was still buffet food. Something to grab fast and get back to the fun stuff.

Windjammer Marketplace

5 out of 5

My only complaint was the coke freestyle machine being out A LOT. I paid a lot for my drink package, on a ship that size there should be more than 3 places to fill my coke cup. For buffet food though it was very tasty.

Onboard Activities

Pools were super over crowded. You could get in but couldnt move. Its disappointing that they close at night so you cant get in them. Central Park was beautiful.

Port Shopping

Nassau is beautiful but you cant walk 3 feet without being bombarded by locals wanting you to buy stuff. They are just trying to make a living and I get that but sometimes we just want to look but couldn't. It was next to impossible without somebody in your face trying to get you to buy. The souvenir shops pretty much have all the same stuff in them. Pandora was great tho!

Service and Staff

Our room attendant Argus was AWESOME!!! He always did a great job and even cleaned the bugs off our balcony for us when I asked!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was always perfectly clean when I would wake up in the morning. They really do a great job cleaning.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was perfect for 2 people. Plenty of room. My only complaint was day 3 waking up to my bathroom sink burping air and a sewer smell coming from it. I was just about to call housekeeping when it stopped. I opened my balcony door to let the room air out and it was fine.

Ship tip

Pack lots of shorts and tank tops and swim suits. The pool deck gets hot enough to burn your feet so bring lots of flip flops.

I would stay here again. We came in the night before and watched the ship dock. We could see the ship from our over night hotel room.

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
We shopped in Nassau and did not do excursions but be prepared to be bombarded by the locals to buy their stuff or get your hair braided. I know they are just trying to make a living but you cant walk 5 feet without somebody stopping you. Dont plan on actually LOOKING at anything. Take a peek and keep walking.

Disembarkation

Fast and easy
