Review summary

This cruise was very nice. I am not sure I would go on such a large ship again, but we all had fun and will definitely consider another cruise in the future.

Food was excellent. When trying to make reservations at Any Time dining, we were told by the hostess that it was doubtful we would get in and could try by standing in the "no reservations" line. We were bummed. Then we tried to stand in the "no reservations" line and got right in. We ate at Any Time dining 3 times for dinner and a few for breakfast and got right in every time, so I don't know why the hostess discouraged us from eating there. Buffet was very good but crowded always. Had trouble finding seating sometimes. The entrance to the buffet is congested because of the hand-washing room which causes a line. We bought the drink package after finding out how much drinks were. Glad we did! :)

Onboard Activities

Pools were too crowded. Towels on all the chairs with no people on the chairs. Why don't you enforce the 30 minute rule? Then there would be more room for people to sit through-out the day. Didn't go in the pool even once... Fitness Center is nice and has a large selection of workout machines.

Entertainment

This is an area you could improve on. The individual performers were outstanding however the Entertainment Shows were just weird to me. Columbus - really? One minute I am thinking about Columbus, then Columbus' son, then I see dancing to "Cheese Burger in Paradise". I thought I was on drugs! Aqua show - delayed 30 minutes. Grease - seen better. The entertainment director needs to make some changes.

Common Areas (5th floor mainly) was so crowded, you could barely walk. Then the music was so loud the other lounges (Bolleros) Latin Music had to wait to start because it was so loud. Too little seating the the bar across from Bolleros. Could have more restrooms and have them marked better. We spent a lot of time in the Adults Only Solarium area. Thank you for having this area!

Cabin / Stateroom

This cabin was excellent. When I walked in I was surprised on how large it was. The balcony was a nice size too. Bed was comfortable. Room Steward was excellent. (Carlos Rodriguez)
