Royal should steal some CDs from Carnival to help train their staff. Carnivals CD are celebrities many with their own social media following. They are all over the ship engaging with everyone. Royal ....not so much...

Abe was ours in August and he was amazing. He was very engaging with us and even remembered our names by the 3rd day of the cruise! The ship is massive so it’s hard to be fully engaged with every single guests but every time we saw him, we made a point to say hi and talk to him for a bit!

Overall, Royals cruise directors are weak.

That is a fabulous ship! We were on it for 2 weeks in October. Cruise Director on first cruise was great. A new one took over the second week and he wasn't as good.
