Review summary

overall ship is beautiful. Solarium would be better if there was a pool and not just hottubs. Lots of guests means lots of lineupsl

Service and Staff

some staff were friendly but others were upset. We overheard bartenders, room stewards and waiters complaiining

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Because of the size of the ship, some areas would be more efficient if there were lines for specific service especially in the cafe promenade. Everyone lines up in one line for reg.coffee, specialty coffee and desserts. If there were separate lines for just specailty coffee, regular coffee and desserts things would run smoother

Cabin / Stateroom

very comfortable and spacious

Ship tip

expect line ups at cafe promenade and sorrentos.
