The ship itself was so large and amazing. The food choices that were included in the rate, was ok, I did like that the pizza place was a great place to eat whenever, early or late. The dinner in the dining areas need to have more of a variety of Dinner options, possibly more soup options, the Crab cakes were amazing would have liked to have had them over the Onion soup, which we had on the menu a couple of nights. Our staff Peter and Alexandra at our table 218 at 8:00 pm in the America Grill was the best!! Their customer service was so awesome!

A lot of the bartenders were not experienced in making cocktails. I found myself googling the ingredients to be able to have a drink that was not just liquor with coke or juices

The activities were ok, compared to Carnival were sub par. The pools and things for the kids to do was really nice. I feel for adults there wasn't much to do, the long lines to get in any event that was sold out was a bit much, made you not want to wait

The DJ that was awesome the first night me and my family and friends were able to go, I cant remember his name, he was an African American man, who played a mixture of all kinds of music that had everyone up and dancing, all night. That was the only night that we experienced music like that. We went another night there were two DJ's , the same DJ and a Caucasian DJ, it was good. The night we had to wear head phones was fun as well. The Comedy Night was awesome, even though the lines were long to get in. The comedians were very good.

Adrian that worked in the Bolero bar was amazing! He truly knows what customer services is all about. I left my phone at the bar for a quick minute, came back and it was gone I went to Customer service, and someone within in minutes had turned it in. I went back to Bolero looking for the worker that turned it in. I did not find him, but i told his co workers to tell him Thank you!

The cabin it self was great, we loved the space in the room. The service we received was sub par for the first few days. However after bringing this to the attention of customer service, we received the best service from Joan Mwawana, do to that, I feel like our service was a little better towards the end. however the first impression was already set for us of not being the best we have received in the past.
Ship tip
to make sure when pulling into ports that it isn't a holiday, people pay alot to cruise, and would like to have a full experience at the port.
Very welcoming, and very organized, but we did not do anything but prepare to board. But nice and clean area, and I like that the transportation services were all there to assist with getting people to the hotels and airports
The port itself was good experience due to our tour guide Big Mama, she gave us amazing Tour, due to us arriving on Sunday most of the stores were closed due to Church. We were so thankful to have her otherwise the port was boring. The Caribbean food place at the port was amazing
The port itself was different than the Port we pulled into 2 years ago, not as much to do or see, but since I had been there before we knew to do a tour, it was amazing. The shopping was a great experience. we go to see a lot of things that we did not see the last time we visited there
