We liked most everything about it. A very large ship that carries a bunch of people and it never felt crowded except for dining time and the elevator wait.
Embarkation

Smooth process, very little wait and quick check in. On my previous RC cruises I'd received my SeaPass at check-in, but this time they sent the passes to our room at 1:00.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Food quality was good but the wait times were terrible in all but the main dining room... and even there the service was a little slow. This was the first time on an Oasis class ship and the Windjammer seems woefully undersized. Every time we went to dine there was a long line to get in (what happened to the hand sanitizer stations) and then we'd have to walk around the Wind Jammer sometimes four or five times to finally find a table. We had a party of six but even trying to separate out to smaller tables (there are a lot more large tables than small) didn't help the situation. I'm assuming the Windjammer is so under sized because they expect people to dine at the other options on board. However when we got fed up with Waiting at the Windjammer and tried Small Bites or the Solarium Bistro there were long lines an no place to sit. This part was highly disappointing on our trip.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Plenty to do, from shows to kids activities we were never bored.
Children's Programs

My six and eight year old loved adventure ocean. They pack a ton of activities into a three hour window.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Outstanding... but I've found the service on RC is always phenomenal. Our room steward Yuri was off the charts!
Ship Quality

Everything was easy to get to and while the elevator was slow as always they had very nice wide stairs and many large thoroughfares from the front to the rear of the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Great cabin with plenty of space. The pull out sofa slept two very easily and was a comfy place to sit and read, though the balcony usually won for that activity. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of storage. Also, unlike all other cruises I'd been on there was a nightlight in the bathroom! I brought my own and didn't need it... this is a good addition. I also brought a 10 port USB charger because all of our prior had one or two outlets in the room and charging devices could get hairy... this one had three outlets and two USB ports for charging. I was quite impressed.
Ship tip
Either spring for specialty dining or commit to the main dining room. We love RC and the Windjammer for easy dining at anytime... but on this ship it was just a nightmare.
We did the Maho Beach Airplane experience which was very neat. HOWEVER there was no place to shower or clean off sand when leaving the beach. AND the beach isn't young kid friendly, very powerful tides thanks to a steep beach. It was a lot of fun, but young kids need hand holding... at least they did when we were there. I was knocked of my feet several times and I'm 6' tall and 240 lbs!
This was fantastic. Did a snorkeling adventure and then spent the rest of the day on the beach. They had a buffet lunch (we didn't partake) and plenty of options for buying drinks.
This was one of the slower customs lines... we were off the ship and into baggage claim pretty quickly but then the line was torture waiting to get out.
