Review summary
Overall a good cruise. But, the ship is just to big. The overall layout doesn't lend itself to ocean views. I go on cruises because I like being on a ship at sea. I like feeling like I'm on a ship. Central Park, the Promenade, and the Boardwalk all focus your attention inward rather than looking outward towards the ocean. Most of the dining venues have no ocean view. Most of the other areas of the ship that have an ocean view, it is obstructed by window frames or canopies. The jogging track on deck 5 is almost completely obstructed, mostly by life boats. Now, to be fair please look at my ratings. The interior decorating was super and the food was very good, as was the service. The " Chef's Table" dining experience was over the top excellent and well worth the money. All the staff were wonderful. A word of caution regarding the buffet for breakfast or lunch. The food was good. But, way to crowded. I would recommend dining room for breakfast as you can order off the menu or they have a small buffet which is not crowded and better quality. I have been on over a dozen cruises and the entertainment was excellent. Again, overall a good cruise. But, prefer ships a bit smaller.Embarkation

Bar
Quite a few of the bars on board have slow service. Others are fast. It's really random. And the drink quality is inconsistent.
Schooner Bar
Nice meeting place when cruising with a group. Excellent drinks. The piano man and singer in the evening does a great sing along and requests.
