I say BS also. CliftonShelton , do you work for another cruise line? I will be on the Harmony in 2 weeks with the president of Royal Caribbean.

I would have to say this is a fake review no cruise history and usually they will not respond to comments we say about their review been on Harmony last July beautiful ship clean and they usually if they can take care any problem that arises keep on cruising I love to cruise

One it happens at five star resorts. Two it’s possible they followed you on board from a hotel . Three did you go to Guest services? Did you ask for the director of the hotel operations?
