Review summary
We love Capt. Gus on Harmony, and until our last cruises on the ship, it was our favorite. The urinal in the men's room on deck 17 leaks, and I complained about it for two weeks. They kept telling me there was nothing wrong with it. When you use it and can look around the side and see urine dripping on the floor, IT LEAKS. Finally the middle of our second week, four officers went in the men's room with me. The female officer took paper towels and wiped the floor dry under the urinal. She and two of the other officers left the restroom leaving only the concierge to watch me urinate. After I was finished, he said he couldn't tell if it was leaking or not, even though the floor was covered with urine under the urinal. I Thought WHAT? ARE YOU BLIND OR STUPID OR BOTH. We will never book another cruise on Harmony until I receive an apology from the guest services manager and they admit they were wrong, and that the problem has been corrected.Embarkation
