I loved the Ship itself, but with the bathroom issues in our rooms, and the Chops Grille experience, there were a few instances that made our time on board less pleasurable that we had anticipated. I won't be rushing back to get on the Harmony.... and I love RC Cruise lines

Drink Package is a must! Dining Room had excellent food (5 star rating), and Jaime Oliver's was DELICIOUS! I would book a night here, presentation and homemade pasta was incredible! The Dessert tray, WOW!
Chops Grille

The most disappointing food was at Chops Grille (ironically, known as one of the best!) We ate at Chops on the Oasis and had a great experience, on the Harmony, completely different story. 12 ppl in our dinner group, 8 steaks were over-cooked and had to be returned. Waiter was grouchy as well this evening, not friendly at all. Disappointed to the point we reported our experience there.

The cabin itself was nice, but unfortunately, 150 Cabins during our cruise could not flush their toilets (Yes, OMG) Sometimes it would work, other times it wouldn't. The RC Staff NEVER checked in with the affected cabins to advise they were aware of the inconvienence, working on it, leave us with an anticipated timeframe when it would be fixed, or offer anything in return for having to endure the problem for the last 4 days of our cruise. It made the cruise a bit stressful when you couldn't even use your own bathroom for the last 4 days on the ship. Some people who complained were offered new Rooms, others some cruise credit BUT I repeat, this wasn't without having to stand in LONG customer service lines, getting the run-around, and insisting to speak with a manager!
Unfortunately that’s what happens when people don’t think rules apply to them. They bring their own toilet paper or flush other things they shouldn’t. This then effects everyone on that sewer line.
