This is a big, beautiful ship and overall, we did enjoy our cruise. If you have cruised on Oasis or Allure in the past, much of the ship will be familiar. Our biggest disappointment was the fact that the ship was just too crowded. We spent very little time at the pool as it was very difficult to find one empty chair, let alone more than one near each other. There were also very long waits at Windjammer on sea days. We were told the ship was sold out so maybe on an average cruise (not sold out) and after the newness of this ship wears off, the ship might be more comfortable. I will say that our main dining room experience was excellent. I suggest going there for breakfast if you want to avoid a crowd, and if you can, do the scheduled dining time. This allows you to eat at the same time every night, walk in and straight to your table with no wait. You'll have the same server for the duration of the cruise so they really get to know you and your dining preferences. Our server was fantastic and made dinner memorable each night! Side note: Loved having a Starbucks on the boat!!

Quick and smooth. Good idea to have your bag tags and sea pass paperwork printed ahead of time to speed things up.

Food and Dining

Main dining room food was very good, server was the best. We ate at Sabor as we knew it to be a good restaurant from a previous cruise on Oasis. Food was still amazing, especially the chicken tortilla soup and the jalapeno cucumber margarita. Also, our server was amazing. As for buffets, Windjammer was far too crowded every time we tried to eat there. During lunch on a sea day we waited up to 20 minutes to find a table. Solarium Bistro was great for breakfast. Plenty of options and far less crowded. I believe this area is for ages 16 and older.

Very good Mexican food. I recommend the chicken tortilla soup, bacon wrapped chicken stuffed jalapenos, and the jalapeno cucumber margarita.
Onboard Activities

Didn't do many activities. I prefer to sit by the pool. If you stay on the ship on port days, you have a good shot of getting a good chair by the pool. On sea days, forget it, unless you mark your chair with a towel before heading to breakfast. My nieces and nephew loved the water slides, rock climbing wall, Abyss slide, carousel, Adventure Ocean (kids area). Definitely a good cruise for the kids!

We saw Greece on our last day and it was fantastic.
Service and Staff

Our server, Juner, in the main dining room was fantastic! He was very personable, took the time to get to know my family, already knew our names and food and drink preferences by the second night. He was amazing with my nieces and nephew (ages: 6, 7, 9), by entertaining them with animals made out of the dinner napkins, and showing them games and tricks that could be played at the dinner table. The kids were fascinated by him and I would give him personally a 5+ star rating!
Ship Quality

For the amount of people on the ship it was very clean through the duration of the cruise.
Cabin / Stateroom

Room was pretty spacious and very clean. Good size balcony with nice chairs and table. Bathroom is roomy for a ship, very nice shower. Our room steward was very attentive and our room was always spotless.
Ship tip
If you're looking for a quiet, less crowded breakfast I suggest the main dinning room or the Solarium Bistro.
Just browsed the main port area with shops. Didn't feel safe exploring outside of the port. We didn't sign up for an excursion, that probably would have been the way to go.
Had fun at Playa Mia Beach Day. Nice little all-inclusive beach resort with inflatable obstacle course in the ocean. Also a nice little pool area/water park for the kids, a couple of water slides for kids and adults. Enjoyed the all you can eat lunch buffet and drinks. My only complaint was that the ocean was freezing, pools were cold, and the hot tub wasn't hot, not even warm.
Everything was perfect. We had a 9:15am flight so we wanted to be one of the first people off the boat. Breakfast and coffee shops opened earlier than normal to accommodate guests looking to leave early. We grabbed a Starbucks coffee at 6:00 when they opened, said our good-byes to family on the cruise with us, and started disembarkation at 7:00, out by 7:15, jumped in a cab and to the airport by 7:30.
@ minniematos, We arrived at the port at roughly 12:45 and we were in our room by 1:30. We forgot to print our bag tags and sea pass paperwork ahead of time, I'm sure that would have saved time.
Just make reservations for the same time every night for my time dining and asked for the same waitstaff every night we did that and it was great have a nice cruise
We scheduled our cruise for harmony on Friday for the end of June. The scheduled dining times were already booked up so we had to get my time dining. I hope when we get on the ship we can get on a wait list and get scheduled dining!
