Showed up at the scheduled time and was on the ship within 20 minutes. Knowledgeable, friendly and fast service during this entire process.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Ate at main dining room four nights with My Time Dining. Enjoyed interacting with the Wait staff. Ate at three speciality restaurants (Chops, 150 Park & Jamie’s Italian) and throughly enjoyed our meals. Service at each location was outstanding. Note: With the exception of having scrambled eggs at the Windjammer and Solarium (on different days), the food on the Harmony of the Seas was excellent. The eggs were very dry and almost tasted powdery. The scrambled eggs at the solarium were absolutely horrible.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Spa for the spouse (She loved it) All Accesss Tour for me (it was good but I thought it was better on the Freedom of the Seas.). Fitness Center - Top notch, very clean and great equipment.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Went to the Fine Line, Grease, Columbus the Musical and the ice show. Each show was fantastic.

Service and Staff

Loved the layout and design. Had a Boardwalk cabin and found it to be very roomy. All common areas were well maintained

Cabin / Stateroom

Very clean and very comfortable. Room attendant was very attentive.

Ship tip

Bring good walking shoes. You’re gonna log some miles walking around this ship.

Disembarkation

With 6400 paying passengers on board, we took advantage of the Express check out option. We ate breakfast at the Windjammer at about 6:30 am, left the cabin at about 7:00 am and were off the ship and cleared US Customs by 7:15 am. This was a great experience.
