Being newbies, we had no idea where to go or what to do, but the port employees were kind and helpful - showing us where we needed to go. Despite a few missteps, we quickly made it onto the ship and joined up with the rest of our family group.

Food and Dining

We ate in the main dining room every evening except for one. The waitstaff service and the food were both outstanding. Everything we had was well prepared and delicious. Trias Romadhoma and Jose Cambera were our servers and made sure every desire was met. Trias especially entertained the kids (and adults) with magic tricks and brain teasers. We just loved both of them !
Chops Grille

We went to Chops one evening for dinner. The steaks were so tender and juicy we almost didn't even need a knife. I highly recommend the filet mignon. Service was great as was the food.
Onboard Activities

My son and grandkids did the zipline and ultimate abyss. Grandson enjoyed the body boarding.

We saw several shows - Grease and the ice show were 2 of them. Very professionally done.

Service and Staff

Waiters Trias Romadhoma and Jose Cambera were the best waiters anyone could ask for. They seemed to know before we did what we wanted and had it on the table for us.
Our room steward, Analisa, went above and beyond expectations, making sure we had ice every morning and every evening and leaving us cute towel animals.
Due to an unfortunate incident, we had need of the medical staff and I can't say enough about how well we were treated. They were kind and efficient in taking care of our needs.
Ship Quality

The ship was always clean and well maintained. The layout was easy to master - by the 2nd day we had a grip on how to get where we needed to go.
Cabin / Stateroom

We had accessible cabin with balcony. It was quite roomy, and we loved having the balcony where we ate room service breakfast in the morning. Beds were comfy, and closets, drawers, etc. gave us plenty of room to store our belongings. Our room steward, Analisa, made sure our room was spotless every day. Bathroom was made for handicap use. Plenty of room and the fold down shower bench was great.
Ship tip
I would advise someone travelling on the Harmony to make yourself familiar with the deck plans ahead of time. Makes it a whole lot easier when you board to find your way around.
We had an accessible over the water cabana. Loved it !! The lunch that was furnished was delicious, too. Can't say enough about the helpfulness of the employees while we were there.
My sister and I did the Island Tour and Shopping excursion. I highly recommend it. We learned a lot about Jamaica and were able to do a little shopping as well. Our tour guides Harmony and Kathy and our driver Orlando kept us smiling while they educated us about Jamaica.
We did the Best of Cozumel with shopping. Only complaint was that there was not enough time to spend in downtown Cozumel after the tour. We loved seeing all the sights
They made it so easy. We didn't want an EARLY disembarkation, so were in the last group to leave. Thanks, Harmony of the Seas, for the pastries, juice, coffee, etc. while we waited to get off. And thanks for a thoroughly enjoyable voyage !! Only problem is that we didn't want it to end.
