Review summary

We enjoyed the Harmony for the most part. Great ship with lots to do on board. Wasn't too keen with my time dinning,we enjoy the personal side of the dinning and wait staff. Our big issue was we purchased drink package weeks before the cruise and usually your cups are in stateroom, no cups. Called service desk and said it would be cleared up. Didn't have our cups until late second day of cruise and after several trips to service desk and phone calls. Frustrating to say the least. Food was ok, just find it a pain that when it's later in the evening and want a bit to eat a lot of places are closed down unless you want to fork out lots of money for a restaurant. Room Stuart was ok but not over the top. All in all we are hooked on RC and still love the cruises with them.

Balcony all the way. Love the rooms. Bed however let us down. Never had a bad sleeping bed until Harmony. Bed slept like crap. But love the room over all

Ship tip

Try to learn ship neighborhoods before you get on.

ghiagal we changed to early dinner 6pm, thanks for your help. ๐Ÿ˜

Mlpool it can change depending on the sailing but generally early starts somewhere between 5:30 and 6:30. Late between 8 and 9. We've had sailings it's been 8, 8:30 and our next is 9pm

There's Sorrentos pizza which is free and open til very late (I wanna say 2-3am, along with promenade cafe. Went there after I partied in the Attic (small night club open until 3am) just FYI ๐Ÿ˜Š

Now I need to find out what the early and late dining times are.

If you get stuck with my time again you can make your reservations before you get on. You'll have a better chance of getting the time you want.

We did get set at same table so we did have same waiter, but just didn't like having to go down to main dining room and set up the times. A lot easier to set it before we get on. Guess just like ghiagal said old school and use to it.

Norwegian Cruise Line is freestyle cruising... you can eat any time you want. there are a few spots that stay open all night when the buffet is closed. You can always find some where/ something to eat on Norwegian.

ghiagal, I appreciate the information, thanks.

I think we are just old school, I don't like making reservations and then still half the time waiting for our table, we were able to request same waiter/table. Which to me is what traditional is, we like our late dining time, we like our waiters that we get to know. I think MTD works if you want to dine at different times during the trip or want times not offered by traditional. We have friends that love it. I think it's all personal preference. The few nights a week we change our dining time we generally end up doing a specialty restaurant.

Racen00, ghiagal, We are also booked for my time dining, but you have me wondering if I should change to traditional. What didnโ€™t you like about โ€œmy time diningโ€ thanks for your help.

I've found if you make reservations for my time around the same time each night they will put you are the same table.

Also, if you get stuck with my time again and waitlist spots don't open, go the MDR when you board and see if they'll switch you, many times they will ๐Ÿ˜Š

We did go to the tables and they sent us to service desk . They eventually doubled up our cups, win for us waiting so long.

1) you walk by any of the tables selling the package and they'll give you the cup if you tell them they weren't in your room. 2) not a fan of my time either, we just make sure we are booked for traditional, or waitlist on traditional if it's full.
