Review summary

Awesome time with lots of things to do. Three generations of my family enjoyed this cruise. If you are a cocktail drinker, get the drink package before you leave. It will be worth it. You will have a great time and it does not feel crowded.

Embarkation at 11:30 am was seamless with no lines.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Silk dining room was excellent. Love the My Dining Time! Izumi teppanyaki was also fantastic and entertaining.

Onboard Activities

Carousel, rock wall, abyss slide, casino, the list goes on and on. Kids we were traveling with were always entertained.

Grease was a bit long, but good. Highly recommend Columbus the musical and the Fine Line in the Aqua Theater!

Service and Staff

Waiter service was great. Ask for Ruddy's table if you have kids. Ask for Pedro if you are an adult couple.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Ship was large enough to never feel like there are 6,000 others onboard (except for RIGHT after the muster station drill)

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was great. Balcony always overlooked our ports.

Ship tip

Bistro cafe is best for breakfast buffet. Much quieter than Windjammer buffet.

Ports of call

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

No need to rent beach loungers. There are plants for free that you can move under the shade of a tree.

Falmouth, Jamaica

Loved this port. Family adventure trip had ziplining, river tubing (with rum punch), water slide, ropes course, rum tasting, and yummy jerk chicken (for purchase). Guides were great!

Cozumel, Mexico

Took a cab to Chankanaab for the manatee encounter. Go directly to Dolphin Discovery website for the best prices and coupons.

Pretty good, but we had the latest disembarkation time. Ship's transfers to airport allow you to wait in the shade. Other transfers make you wait in the humid sun (but for less money).
