Review summary

We went our trip on August 26th, 2017 We traveled with two other couples and had great time weather was perfect! Just wish had changed so much from previous trips was disappointing to me how the used to be! Cutting corners it's the way to treat paying customers for great time! As later note how petty RCCL has become they charg you for eight day of your trip for the liqueur package and you are leaving the ship???? What The The Hell RCCL. Really!!!!

We were never given any crown and anchor express boarding . Just in the cattle hearding like everyone else.

Room staff cleaning person was exceptional ! Far as dining and other parts of ship was overwhelm with so much work, Not Enough Ship Staff, to many passengers for crew to handle correctly !!!!😔

Hand cleaning devices for dispensing fluid some times work sometimes did not work, ship was beautiful and well designed !!!Just not enough crew members to handle work load !!!!!!!!!!

Cabin / Stateroom

It very comfortable and sized well , AC had some hiccups but evenly was repaired, the mini fridgerator was never stock at any time! We slept well!

Ship tip

Be prepared to be nickle and dime on anything and everything and Alwsys Keep Checking You Statement on TV Screen or on Royal IQ app on your phone! They were continuously being charging items never bought you have to see service desk to have removed daily!!!!!!

My drink packages have always been x 7. Day 1 boarding through day 7 disembarking on day 8. Just bought the deluxe package yesterday for Harmony and that's what I paid, 7 x $46 plus 18 %. $380 each. Great photos of the ship tour, thanks for those.
