Review summary
I was nervous about booking through due to the poor customer svc received from the travel agent after she got the sale. Next time I will book directly with the cruise line itself. Overall the ship was clean with a lot of activities. They have a bar by the arcade and carousel that allows smoking in the area next to little lungs. I found the service onboard to pale in comparison to the other RC ships. The dining staff at the Grande were amazing and the food was great!

Ship tip
Don't expect the same level of svc you find on smaller ships. Even though its a bigger ship you run out of things to do and eat (except pizza and the promenade) after 1. Its hard to find an open drink machine at night unless you are on the 5th floor
