Harmony of the Seas

7 Night Eastern Caribbean (Ft. Lauderdale Roundtrip)

Sail date: May 20, 2017

Ship: Harmony of the Seas

Cabin type: Balcony

Cabin number: 10321

Traveled as: Couple

Reviewed: 7 years ago

Review summary

The Harmony is full with new technology gadgets, such as bionic bartender, wireless keycards, IQ pads, etc...But entertainment is poor, food quality is cut back and services are not as good as Oasis or Allure. The dinning rooms are smaller also.

We enjoyed the entertainment very much. That was in December. Maybe it is different now.

It seems like they are making the free dining venues smaller to make more room for the higher priced specialty venues. The old cruising style of eating in one main dining room is long over. Cruise lines see this as a way to add revenue. Very business smart, not so great for the average Joe that just wants to save up, pre pay for their cruise months up to boarding and not have to come out of pocket too much when they board.
