Review summary
I have been on the allure. The service on allure was way more accomdating and they would go out of their way to make things that would meet my dietary needs of my children and i...but the service and the willingness to go further was lacking on this ship. They need more non dairy Options,there was no non dairy ice cream inless we were told to go to ben and jerrys, which you have to pay for,only sherbert, no yogurt... they need more non meat and dairy free options.
Room attendants were great. Rooms and common areas always clean.
the shows werent the best ive seen on royal lines. Water show was great and captivating, the ice show was a good performance but storyline was odd. Didnt feel the cruise director was very involved as other cruises. Disnt see him make an appearance really until the 3rd day i believe... the shows on the promenade were not what allure had. It was just ppl that danced in the middle on stage. Whereas allure had a hige performace.
The slides was a great feature and help to minimize the amt of ppl at the pools.
id recommend the cruise but dont have the highest expectations as i found better overall experience with the other ships
