Review summary

Easy embarkation.  Clean.  My time dining was great - great food, great service.  Windjammer was disappointing.  Service at bars was not good - took too long and it was rare that staff was friendly.  Hardly anyone smiled - this is basic customer service.  We absolutely loved our room.

We had a much better experience on the Allure.  Both times we traveled with a large group.  The Allure service and food was much better.

The Windjammer was disappointing with the variety of food available. Our previous cruise was on the Allure and the food there was fantastic. The My Time dining was very good.

Our cabin didn't have any shampoo in the shower or by the sink for 2 days. Our room attendant was not very timely in cleaning our room. One evening, we returned to the room at 9:30 and he still hadn't done anything leaving us to go back our for the evening.
