Review summary

Our group of 11 had a great time on the Harmony of the Seas. The ship is beautiful, the crew is very attentive, the food was delicious, the entertainment was amazing and the there were endless things to do on the ship. My son has a severe nut allergy and everyone including the restaurant manager, chef, head waiters, waiter and assistant waiter made tremendous efforts to make sure that my son was able to choose what he wanted from the menu and that his food was prepared specifically for him without any cross contamination. This was definitely the first cruise that we have been on where we felt very confident that the crew was taking all measures possible to look out for my son's allergies.

I would like to specifically thank Chef Kirk, Head Waiter Justin, Waiter Mihai, and Asst Waiter Jefferson who ensured my son's food was allergy free and that our entire party had a wonderful dinner experience. Head Waiter Anton and Asst Waiter Jefferson took care of my son every morning in Windjammer and delivered his specially made food to our table. Lastly, Joshua, the my time group reservation manager, was able to change our my time dining reservations so that our party of 11 was able to sit at the same table the entire cruise to ensure we would be with the same waiters so that they would be aware of my son's allergies.

This was our 4th Royal Caribbean ship and they are all excellent. We really loved the outdoor water theater. The staterooms are very large.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin and bathroom were very large. Our cabin attendant was very attentive to our needs and kept our stateroom very clean.
