Review summary

Had a great time, there was a lot to do & see while aboard the Harmony. The staff were all very nice and helpful, fixed any issues we had asap. The only disappointing part of the trip was the food... the choices that were available were good but things closed to early ( no snacks after your show as the buffet and other places quit serving at 9) the only thing available after that was pizza and pizza 7 nights in a row gets old. My suggestion: keep one side of the buffet open till at least midnight even with limited items (ex. a taco/nacho bar, salad, some desserts) Also there should have been more of the Coke dispensers, I know there was one on all the activity floors but there was usually a line and they weren't in the best of places. Otherwise the trip, service and ship was great.

Staff was very polite and quick to please. The one issue that we had maintenance came up within 20 mins and fixed it.

Ship Quality

Beautiful ship, plenty to do and see. always clean and fresh.

Cabin / Stateroom

we had a ocean balcony room. It was a nice size (bigger than our room on previous trips) Plenty of closet space too, nice size couch and the balcony chairs were very comfortable.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

Don't leave the immediate area or if you do be prepared to fend off the locals in the "marketplace" one of them had me backed into a "shop" and I did NOT feel safe at all. The beach itself was pretty rocky and not great for swimming. Friends that had a suite and private beach area said their beach was nicer.

Falmouth, Jamaica

After the first stop I was hesitant to leave the immediate port area, the people working inside the fence seem to be very polite and not pushy but we were warned by a guard not to go out of the gated area unless with a guided tour.

Cozumel, Mexico

Beautiful place, I highly recommend Panchos backyard for lunch and the Chakanoob park was great for excursions!

I love royal Caribbean. I was on the Norwegian breakaway for the first time and they had a small part of the buffet open until around midnight which was nice. By having the buffet open later, We never had to order room service and wait 2 hours for it to arrive! I hope royal makes some changes when it comes to having food available later at night.

And there should be more soda machines. We're booked on deck 12 so I'm sure there will be a lot of walking to one

I second the taco/nacho bar! That would be awesome!
