Review summary

Apparently I had too high of an expectation, being my first cruise and all. However, taking into consideration the size of the ship and the hundreds of passengers on board, and the inexperience of the staff and crew, I'm sure after the first year or so things will improve. The ship itself was very nice. I got off the ship saying that I would never cruise again, but life has taught me never to say never!

Although reservations were 'recommended' we went to one of the specialty restaurants without reservations. We were one couple of three who were there when the doors opened. Even though there was no one else in line the host said that they were booked solid and couldn't accommodate us. It was quite a while before anyone else showed up 'with reservations'. Of course we finally left and went to the Windjammer.

Our stateroom attendant - Carmelia - was EXCELLENT however we found the rest of the service staff very rude. They would just zoom In front of you, very rarely say hi, every night our 'My Time' dining was messed up.
