Review summary
This was my husband's first cruise with RCCL and my second (we have been on over 16 other sailings with many diff lines) so def not first time cruisers. The ship was beautiful and I felt the staff was great but a bit overworked/understaffed on a ship that size. Food was really quiet good in all the venues we dined at. We had purchased the specialty dining package so never dined in the main dining rooms but went pretty much to every other venue onboard. The shows were fabulous, the cabin was VERY spacious (we had a D6 balcony cabin 10676), and overall it was a great vacation. I thought embarkation and disembarkation both were a bit disorganized particularly for a ship that size and especially since 2 other Oasis ships previously docked at Terminal 18 in Port Everglades. As you can imagine with that many people onboard there were definitely lines but timing is always a factor as well. We rarely used the elevators so that was not a big deal and I had made reservations for all the shows as well as our dining which I HIGHLY recommend to avoid disappointment. We spoke with one lady who said she tried 3 diff timesd to see Grease and could never get in. Book ahead! It's free and easy and def necessary on a ship of this size.
