Review summary

A cruise is always a fun vacation. This was more subdued. Not a lot to do. Very crowded. Older ship. Younger crowd.

Dining room food wasn't as expected. Tough steak the first night. Buffets were over crowded, very noisy, and staff not as accommodating as expected. (didn't ask about refills on coffee, juice, etc)

Onboard Activities

The pools were nice when you were able to get in them. Both, the outside pool, and the one inside by the solarium, were very crowded. Watching the belly flop was fun.

Entertainment

Shows were good. A little bored with the juggler.

The waiters were very good. Room steward not too friendly.

I'd rather pay a little more and go on a larger, newer ship.

I’m sorry your experience was subpar. We are set to sail on the Grandeur in January for my birthday. I’m hoping they have better entertainment and I’m also hoping the ship is not overcrowded.
