Overall, the cruise was great. There was plenty to do if one wanted to take part but we found this cruise to be very relaxing.
Shout out to Air2Sea. Our initial flight to start the adventure was delayed 2X. My wife stood in line while I talked to Air2Sea. By the time she got the agent (both times) all she needed was the boarding passes printed.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Food was OK in the MDR and Windjammer - nothing to brag about and certainly not like it was pre-covid. We ate dinner one night in the Windjammer because the themed MDR menu did not appeal to us. Tried a Chop's steak in the MDR, and it was really good. Oh, the chef's gift delivered to the room with a card stating "Compliments of the Chef" was just fresh fruit (an apple, a pear, a banana, and a bunch of grapes) - doesn't really take any culinary skill to put that plate together. Later in the cruise, we received another plate of bite-sized desserts that displayed some culinary skills (we hadn't said anything about the 1st plate).
Chops Grille

We did the Chops lunch on embarkation day. The food was fantastic and there was no crowd like in the Windjammer.
Onboard Activities

Plenty to choose from. Really enjoyed the veteran's recogintion celebration. The different Centrum musician's were awesome.
Entertainment

The performances were great (both the headliners and the RC singers and dancers).
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
WOW! The service from all the staff we encountered (housekeeping, bar service, dining, Guest Services, etc.) was excellent. Special shout out to Inengah (room steward), Nevil (waiter), Rishabh (assistant waiter), Brenda (MDR suprvisor), Ida and Robert (R Bar bartenders) and Kelvin (WJ greeter and washy, washy monitor).
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Considering the ship was launched in 1996 and refurbished in 2012, it was in very good shape. There was some noticeable wear and tear on frequently used items (carpets, railings, chairs, etc.), but overall, the ship was very clean and quite comfortable. The only real issue we had was the height of the bed. The bottom of the frame was only 8.5" off the floor and our suitcases are 11"-13" thick so we couldn't store the suitcases under the bed. Also, I'm 6'7" and getting up from the low bed was like trying to stand up after sitting on a children's stool. BTW, Our friends in the next cabin had a normal height bed. Wifi and app were very glitchy the whole cruise. Hopefully, this will be addressed during the March/April 2024 dry dock. Having 3 time changes probably didn't help any.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Our balcony cabin was clean and comfortable (except for the bed height). Inengah cleaned the room once daily and kept us supplied with bathroom items (towels, tp, soap, shower gel), was able to secure us robes that fit and brought us ice 2X/day.
Ship tip
Set your expectations appropriately - this ship has a more relaxed atmosphere than the larger "resort" style ships. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was stellar!
