Perfect Day at Coco Cay saved the day and the entire cruise!

Smooth and quick luggage drop of. Security check and check in lines moved fast, thus shorter line. Would have been 5 but our luggages were not in the room before dinner time. Then 2 of our luggages were in the wrong room. Even it was properly labeled. Glad we passed by it after eating dinner and saw our ribbons that made it easy to locate.

Food is bland to my liking. Service was slow though the dining room isn't full. The staffs were very polite though. i thought I was just impatient but they were really slow. I was excited to see Baked Alaska on menu, after I was done with my dinner I waited probably almost 30 mins (I did not really timed it) but it was long enough that my baked alaska was served that ice cream was melted. I was very disappointed.

I love their foods. especially their curry and biryani. not much of food selection though but foods were delicious. There's not lot of tables and chairs to accompany everyone. There were few tables outside but the other side is smoking.

We found the place cozy but it's always crowded specially with frequent cruisers... Still our favorite hang out during port day when we chose not to get off ship

Nothing really going on much that we wanted to participate except that Grandeur Fair were I won a prize in raffle, seems like most of the activities were for frequent cruisers of this ahio. We enjoyed walking around ship though and talking to bartenders as they make our drinks.

Well, they were able to address our issue in our cabin i. e. Moved us to another cabin same category but cleaner, not noisy and doesn't stink size probably a foot bigger but we can deal with the size. It was just 2 of us anyways

I gave 3 because we like the 2 comedians. The rest was a disappointing for us. Probably because we compare it to celebrity. Another thing is were they really on tight budget that the cruise director has his own show? We're just curious. Again, this is our opinion, of course the others absolutely love his performance.

5 just for our cabin attendant Renato Imperial. He was outstanding! The room is always very well maintained. 2x a day. The bar tenders were attentive and the cocktails were awesome. Our wait staff at Great Gatsby were kinda slow though. I can't forget that my baked alaska was delivered to me melted

Design of the ship is pretty and classic. But walked to few public bathroom few times and the cubicles i went to, has shit on it... Disgusting!!! There are really just nasty people or the flash isn't working. Regardless, there should someone assigned that maintained and checked the cleanliness of it. After the 3rd time, I refused to use the public bathrooms except that one by pool deck. I would rather go back to our cabin. Plus the casino is smoking..

Location: far from everything. Quite walk and confusing to find from elevator
Comfort/Quietness: there's a very loud (machine like drill they use when they're fixing concrete roads) in afternoon and night. To us it happened to stop around 10 pm first night. And as we were falling asleep here comes guests from the other room. This room has an adjoining room and the sound isn't mask off. It so happened our neighbors were loud that we can clearly hear what they were talking about. In fairness with them, they're not causing trouble they just have loud voice and talking how their days were which didn't stop until 2am. I know cause i checked the clock.
Cleanliness: The room has a stinky smell bathroom and I might be over reacting but I feel like the bedsheet too. I brought a plug-in air freshener and it didn't get rid of smell. I sprayed perfume and it didn't help either. Now i wonder if it's the room or the steward just didn't clean it well. And I am hoping she changed the beddings cause we slept their the first night. She also forgot to refill our shower gel I am glad I brought ours cause we didn't find out until my husband was about to shower.
Size: reasonable for inside cabin but really small. Good enough to sleep.
Ship tip
Don't book thus cabin. And always washed your hand soap and water or sanitizer. Use paper towel opening bathroom door.
Was fine. But the staff that put down the luggages have layed down suit bag on top of 2 of our luggages that even though i have marked and put ribbons on it, it took us a while to find it. We hàve to lift those suit bags. Which we should have not because it wasn't ours. But we needed to find our luggages.
