Mai & Anom were great at our dinner table each evening -- very attentive, friendly, jovial, remembered names, and favorite drinks. Couldn't ask for better service. Sonia, Excursion Guide, was wonderful, too. She rescheduled a Behind the Scenes Ship Tour for us when our original tour was cancelled due to weather. Great personality. All of the waiters, stateroom attendants, all the crew were exceptionally professional, friendly, and extremely courteous. The entire crew made our cruise an outstanding memory. Positive representation of Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.Embarkation
