Bob the cruise director was awesome. The shows were good but not as great as we had on another cruise ship.

The staff was friendly , except a person who helps plan your next cruise, he made it perfectly clear he didn’t want to be there and that he probably wouldn’t finish his contract.

I've cruised on the Grandeur many, many times as I live just outside of Baltimore. I've always enjoyed the experience very much. My thing is playing trivia and games, meeting people and being served in the Main Dining Room. Love the Grandeur.
