Review summary

My husband & I took this cruise to go to Bermuda for his 60th birthday. When the destination was changed we were reluctant to go but did because we weren't able to get a refund so we could do something else.

The bathroom was dirty and the bed in our cabin had large dents in it, that caused me to have terrible body aches. I was forced to use the massage service that cost me a whopping $175. I informed Jocelyn (Cust. Service Mngr.) about the problem. The only accommodation I received was a mattress change.
