Review summary

Other than the shops closing early on our 1st day at Bermuda and the screw up at the dining our overall trip was well. We did snorkeling on day 2 and that was an awesome trip. Best 3 hours of the trip! :-)

We had a party of 8 and had to sit at 2 different tables the 1st night then after that we still had to sit at 2 different tables but they were near each other. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Our head waiter avoided us every night and as we watched him go from table to table the last night again he avoided us. We had been on this ship before and it got a 5 star rating for everything, this time absolutely terrible!

The 1st day was disappointing as the shops closed early and we arrived later in the day. Day 2 was excellent, the weather was perfect and we went snorkeling.

The aquarium closed at 4 & most shops in town closed at 5 - ones right off ship closed at 6

The Grandeur Of the Seas comes to Bermuda? Wow, didn't know that. I must check into it. I am here in Bermuda in the park having lunch, yes I'm from here, but I like cruising into Bermuda. I was on the Anthem 2 weeks ago and we cruised into Bermuda then on to the Caribbean. It was great!! I'm glad you enjoyed my beautiful paradise, Bermuda.
