Very disappointed with this cruise. It was not up to the standard that I would normally get on royal Caribbean cruises.

Review summary

We have done many cruises, however this is first time we have been disappointed as discussed above with Royal Caribbean and this cruise. We would not recommend it.

We were very disappointed with the main dining menu, and we ate mostly in the Windjammer. English tea bags were not available from day 2. And I had to go searching and asking waiters if they had any. Some had some access to some and I would have got one. As a te drinker, I was really angry and disappointed and had to try and get tea bags. On of the mornings they ran out of bread and there was no toast!

We went to Cape Cod which was excellent. However we were longer on the bus due to an accident (not drivers fault) which had a knock on affect and caused a traffic jam. The boat trip was cancelled as there was high swell.

Roxi512----do not worry. You will love Grandeur. She is our favorite ship that we've cruised on. The crew is awesome & will make you feel like the most important person on the planet. We always take time to get to know our room steward, waiters, & any other crew member we come in contact with & we always hate to leave them. It's what you make it. Just enjoy yourself!ð

looks like the cruise she refers to is the east coast cruise, I didn't think they had any this time of year. most of her complaints appear to be about things out of the cruise lines control. certainly nothing to do with the ship itself.
