Review summary

To date this was our third cruise and second aboard Royal Caribbeans Grandeur of the Seas. We do prefer the smaller cruise ships but one day want to try the big RC cruise line.

We cannot say enough good about the staff, crew, and total ship. Everyone is dedicated to making you feel welcome and appreciated. They go above and beyond to keep you comfortable and happy. Cleanliness can't say enough there either. The entertainment while underway was great. Auctions, comedy, muscial, it's all here. Because of the small size cruise ship it seems you become "family" with other vacationers on board as well.

The captain kept us abreast of weather conditions, times embarking and debarking and how long the estimated time would be to go from port to port. We never felt unsure of any of the staff and crew from the Captain on down.

My cruise line will always be Royal Caribbean until proven otherwise.

Our service was excellent. The staff in the Great Gatsby for our 530pm dining was outstanding. They gave 110% of themselves to making sure we were satisfied with our dinner.

Although hard to do as everyone was great. Frederick our stateroom attendant was grand. Eliano Costa, Focus, and Kevin I believe was his name the Dining supervisor for our section. These individuals were absolutely outstanding in service, friendliness, making sure we were satisfied and fulfilled with our time and meals on the Grandeur of the Seas. Our hats off to these wonderful hardworking gentlemen.

It was absolutely great. Frederick kept on top of cleanliness and housekeeping. The size was just right for us to feel we had our own space and not falling over one another.

Ship tip

What's to say but she is a grand old ship.

Nice review. We are sailing on Grandeur for 10 days Mar6, 2016 and looking forward to experiencing a smaller ship. We've done three other cruises on RCL on the Freedom and Liberty (both not intentionally the same class, itinerary just happened that way) and LOVED it! We have diverse tastes in activities and the F snd L provided everything we could want. I specifically asked my H if he would mind a
