Review summary

Because of the bed this is the worst cruise I have ever been on. I'd put their bed in the same class as a cheap hotel and if you don't get a good night sleep a vacation can be spoiled big time.

was on the Serenade and my bed was horrible and my room steward did everythi,g he could until it was better.

We were in 2568 and the bed was worse than motel 6. Attendant put a couple of egg creates on top but the money we spent a good mattress should be a standard item

I agree with vlines, should have given the crew a chance to make it right! If they didn't or couldn't, then YES "ding" them.

I have heard others ask for their mattress to be changed when there is a problem. I wonder if that would have helped?

We were in JS 8032 and the mattress was horrible. Our living room floor would be a good comparison. It felt like the only cushioning was the pad they put on when putting the twin beds together. My TA told me I should have complained but I don't think it would have helped.
