Review summary

Wonderful service, food, entertainment and activities  on the ship. Very pampering.Great organization/timing on and off the ship. one additional day was needed. Read your Itinerary very closely. " We arrived Sunday around 3:00 p.m., where Bermuda business, shops etc. close around 6:00 p.m., Monday is the only full day. Headed back on Tuesday at noon.

Should have better  ventilation, suction system for the smoke in the Casino .

very attentive, the room was very clean, sheets changed twice a day.

Ship tip

The dining room was our favorite for Dinner . Food was of good quality. The attentiveness and pampering is endless. The Windjammer food variety was good as well.

PS, I have also done grandeur to Bermuda, and I agree, we happened to get a really good price at the time

do Norwegian next time, better port arrival and departure times, you should always pay attention to your itinerary times before you pull out the credit card. I am a big rc cruiser and a travel agent, so I know who has the best itinerary for Bermuda, and unfortunately Ncl is one of the better ones
