Review SummarySet our cruise up with and will never do it again. We were told we had onboar credit but when we noticed our bill there was no on board credit there. Called 4 times from the ship on hold 20-30 minutes then told sorry you were misinformed. Never again with . Wasted time during our vacation and did the cruise through them to get an extra buck but never got it. Will run out the rest of our membership but will never return. Cruise was great and they did a great job on royal carribean grandeur ship. 7 day bahamas trip will do again but not through . Go through Royal directly is my recommendation pay them schedule with them and ask them the questions you have. No middle man. Third cruise and have done it all before and never had such a problem trying to change things or nothing. Lesson learned.

Find a bar you will get your drinks from or a server that can become a regular and tip him early. He or she will take good care of you the restof your cruise. Also 2am hot tubs make you sleep like a baby and they are normally empty.
