Review summary
This was our first cruise with Royal Caribbean, and our first cruise from the USA to the Caribbean. We expected to do some sightseeing on a Bahamas Island,so we booked a shore excursion for Nassau. This cruise departed from Baltimore and had 3 port calls: Canaveral, Florida, the CoCo Bay, then Nassau, then returning to Baltimore over two straight days of sailing.
For a seven day cruise, we relaxed and enjoyed mostly balmy, sunny weather, good dining choices, and excellent entertainment aboard. (There was one night of rough weather, the first out of Baltimore, but after that things smoothed out; we were able to get a good night's rest despite the storm). Entertainment aboard was both at the upper decks poolside, and at night in the theater. The crew was very courteous, the food was prepared and served well (the variety of choices was notable), and the facilities and sanitation was excellent. The processing at embarkation and debarkation was smooth and instructions were clear, and our baggage was handled well.

Ship tip
The Main Dining Room is excellent and the Windjammer cafe is an excellent alternative for informal buffet style dining.
