4th Great Voyage on The Granduer

Sail Date: April 24, 2013

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Oceanview

It was wonderful to visit some islands we hadn't been to and the weather was great.
The staff, waiters, casino dealers and more were just the best ever. Nothing was too much trouble, and all made you feel like it was their pleasure to serve you.
The ship was imaculate as usual, although the new bathrooms were very awkward to use. Some of the new details in our room (3018) were a little odd, like the phone was in the way of opening the vanity door, the shower was almost impossible to keep from going all over the floor and the sink was very awkward to use. The new TV system needs some improvement, and three of the hot tubs were not working.

All in all though, the staff, food and the shows made the time on the ship most enjoyable. This was our 9th voyage with Royal Caribbean and it certainly will not be the last.

We and our friends had a wonderful time. We especially like the Lido deck and the casino. The casino staff became out friends.
