The sequel was definitely not as good as the original with this cruise. I don't think there was a sail away party (due to the 4 hour delay?), no balloon drop, or love boat dance party (due to a 5 day cruise vs. 7 day?)
The service from the staff the 2nd half of the cruise made up for the trip.
Overall an enjoyable experience, but lacked the wow factor for me.

Hassle free embarkation. Arrived at the port at 11:00AM, dropped off luggage, went through security, cheked-in, boarded the ship, got seated at DaVinci for lunch at 12:00PM. Roomand luggage were available by 1:00PM

"Born to Dance" was on par with a Broadway level musical.

This one was tough to rate. The first half of the cruise there was little to no interaction with the staff - Just basic service. The stateroom, Piazza, and reataurants.
The second half of the cruise is more like what I experienced on my first cruise on the Ruby - conversational, provided free bottle waters when asked, knew us by first names. They went above and beyond just providing basic service.
As with the embarkation, this was smooth - 9:50AM time to disembark, through customs, and picked up luggage by 10:10AM. Waiting for Lyft to arrive took longer than disembarkation.
