Review summary

I would recommend going later than April. The weather was cooler. I really enjoyed the tour to the Arizona Memorial even in the cold and wind. The bus transportation left a lot to be desired. It was so disorganized. I also think they need to detail the shopping better. There was little or no shopping on two of the islands unless you like shopping at Wal-Mart! I didn't go all the way to Hawaii to shop at Wal-Mart.

WE noticed leaks everywhere and it was not condensation. They were being worked on.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin steward was not consistent. We never knew when he was going to be there. Also, whenever we needed something replaced we always had to ASK for it.

The coffee was great. The food was great. The entertainment was fabulous.

Went in mid-March and weather was very nice. Went zip-lining in Hilo lots of fun. Ck out Umauma Falls and zip-lining not with Princess. In Kauai went ditch tubing through princess super fun, say hi to Hollywood. Heart always goes to the Arizona Memorial to give honor. Wonderful time on the Princess Grand and seas were good both going to Hawaii and back to San Francisco. Fun is were you find it.

first time we Did cruise around the islands rented cars ahead of time and drove yourself around. lot better.

April is the end of Princess cruising to Hawaii since they start going to Alaska in May. I prefer beaches to shops. Who goes to Hawaii to go shopping?
