It was fantastic!

Sail Date: November 25, 2015

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

As a result of having engine room issues on our cruise, we only got to one port, Honolulu.  Our Captain petitioned for us until 3:00 AM, and was able to get everyone a full refund for our cruise, plus 50% of what we paid for this cruise credit on our next Princess cruise.  Not only that, anyone who wanted to opt off in Honolulu, they paid for their flights home.  Most of us remained on the ship and had a fantastic time, as the cruise director was able to bring on additional entertainment for us, and they were terrific.  Despite only going to one port of call, this cruise could not have been better, and we cannot praise Princess enough for all of their efforts and for the efforts of all of their staff.

Margaret & Terry Dillon

Cabin / Stateroom
Our cabin was fine, except we would never get a cabin at the back of the ship again, as there in way too much movement there. It was really rough back there at times.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
That went very smoothly.
Ship Quality
The ship was great
Destinations and Excursions
Unfortunately, we only got to one of our ports!
Onboard Activities
There was always something to do.
The Princess singers and dancers were terrific, and the other entertainers were fantastic. They even brought on extra entertainers for us to enjoy.
Service and Staff
The entire staff did an excellent job in a difficult situation, but we would like to commend the cruise director and the assistant cruise director.
Food and Dining
The food was great, just as we expected.
San Francisco, California
The new pier is really nice and the boarding was very smooth.
Honolulu, Oahu
Our favorite thing in Honolulu was definitely Arizona war memorial.
Ensenada, Mexico
Products at the pier were way overpriced.

I would recommend this ship and this cruise to anyone.
