The staff and crew in the Dining areas are fantastic. Our waiters Renato and Daniel in Bernini were fabulous, as was the maitre'd Rafael. They made each dining experience great. They were courteous, attentive and friendly. The food was fabulous.

The entire entertainment staff were awesome. The production numbers were great to sit and enjoy. Corey the cruise director and his entire staff worked tirelessly to make activities on board pleasurable.

The entire crew were hard working and always had a smile. Paula in the Explorers lounge was pure ball of happiness and energy and made each visit a joy. The entire staff of the Sanctuary were exceptional. They were attentive, accommodating, quick to respond and help. They made our time there peaceful and enjoyable. Thanks guys.
A special thanks to our Cabin Steward Bonifacio on Caribe deck. He was always friendly attentive and a really hard worker. No request went unmet. Fantastic job.
One of the highlights was the daily morning stop for espresso in the international cafe. The entire staff were fabulous and their families and good mornings always started the day off on the right foot.
