Alaska was great. The Golden Princess was just OK. I would cruise RC to Alaska if I had it to do over. This was our 5th Cruise on Princess out of 15 cruises and Princess has fallen from our top pick for cruising.Ports of call
Get your tours in town...much cheaper!!!

Most stores were closed. We did not dock until 7:30pm had to be back at 11:30pm..waste of a stop
You must do the Crab Fishing Tour...that is great,,If you watch the show you will love this tour
We took a fishing trip so we did not do much in port. I would say the town has changed a lot in 8 years since we were there last. looks like Diamonds International is taking over just like Mexico.
