Review summary

Definitely check out specialty dining if you can. Food quality is so much better. Stage show “Once Upon a Time” is a must see. Silent disco is some good old fun!

I was given express boarding so it literally took 5 mins from Uber > security > ship. The most smooth embarkation of all my cruises.

Food and Dining

Windjammer food quality wasn’t the greatest. Had better in the quantum/oasis class ships. Main dining was ok.. only went on the first night. Specialty dining was amazing! Giovanni’s and Izumi sushi is a must!

Onboard Activities

Pool decks were super crowded on sea days as per usual (chair hogging). Enjoyed the night time movies on the pool deck, ice skating, laser tag!

Entertainment

Their show “Once Upon a Time” is a must see! I wish I watched it more than once. Great mix of fairy tales and pop music! Silent disco & nightclub was a good time too :) Belly flop contest was entertaining.

Service and Staff

Guest services staff need more training in customer service (bad) however my stateroom attendant and the staff at the Royal Shops and on the promenade were amazing!

Ship Quality

Great ship but taking away a star due to bad upkeep of public restrooms especially on deck 5. ALL stalls were clogged and disgusting. Don’t event know why it was still open.
