Main dining was eh...service was VERY slow. Did Izumi the last night. Staff and food were amazing! David & Michael were great!!

All staff was slow. No one knew what the other was doing. Had issues with our rooms when we got there. No pull down bed for the people with 3 in the room. No soaps/shampoos, etc. Room was VERY small compared to what we had last time on the same boat

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

Booked an Oasis cabana only to find out that it did not include access to the water slides. My entire group of 7 were upset. Took 2 hours to figure this out and then finally had to cancel the cabana. Spoke to management to get us into water park and denied unless we paid $154 EACH!! Weather prevented anyone from being on slides so we went back to the boat.
