Worst service i have ever experienced plus 10. If i can give a negative 10 i would. Im well traveled and pay too dollar for service and this was poor!!!

Got hurt on board. Splinter on my heel and doc dug into my heel with a syringe and created a hematoma and then after i couldnt walk i was told that they couldnt help me and was treated like garbage. No management, i have recording of how their staff was. Ill never go again.

I have never experienced bad service on any Royal caribbean ship. You don't give any information except for your injury. I find it hard to believe everything was that bad.
