I forgot to mention, if you get a drink package for your cruise, you get the benefits of that package on CocoCay as well.

There are many food locations on CocoCay that are no extra cost. You can pay extra if you choose for entry into the Coco Beach Club where there is also a dining option that you only have access to if you buy into that area. Regarding the drink packages, no drink package is included. Without paying extra, you have access to water, hot cocoa, teas, some coffees, and maybe juices (not freshly squeezed). You can pay extra for a soda package (adds soft drinks and a tumbler), refreshment package (everything with the soda package, plus premium coffees, freshly squeezed juices, and non-alcohol cocktails), or the deluxe beverage package (everything from the refreshment package, plus unlimited alcoholic drinks up to a I believe 13 in value, and discounts on drinks in souvenir cups, bottles of wine, and more expensive drinks). Royal Caribbean chooses to give you the option on whether or not you need a drink package, rather than including it and raising the cost of your cruise from the start.
