Couldn’t recommend this company any higher. This cruise is perfect if your 8 or 80, single, couple, family or group. The customer service is fantastic and the facilities are great!! The ship is extremely clean which helps prevents any gastro. We will only cruise with Royal Caribbean.

where to start, the crowds you need to battle are a joke, the drinks are below par it's hard to believe they are bartenders, $11.95 to get a movie for your kids onboard in your room, the foods average, $35 to get washing done and it's a few items only, if anything good to say I'd have to say the workers are friendly and nice, apart from that stay with princess cruises etc, royal Caribbean are a joke.

Have been on this ship twice! Really loved it!! It is also really great for big groups and big familys we had 20 people in our crew. Staff is really good and little kids enjoyed adventure ocean!!

Weather was fantastic can not fault a thing. Can not wait to book our nxt one with Royal Caribbean

My one criticism is that i bought a ring on board at the Regalia Fine Jewellery and the sales pitch i got at the time was false. I have been trying to contact the Cruise Services by phone and i get a voice message everytime. Nobody takes calls and i have called within the hours stipulated 7 times.

Enjoyed the cruise, prefer a smaller cruise ship, food amazing, company excellent.

This was my third time sailing Explorer. I loved her the first two times, but not so much this time. The crew was unfriendly and the food was horrible. I’ll definitely think twice before sailing her again.

This was our first cruise and overall we thoroughly enjoyed the experience with RC. We will be back again for sure.

Fantastic cruise would highly recommend , I just booked another cruise on the same ship for next year.

The ship is getting old and showing it. Unless you go to the speciality restaurants, stick to the buffet. Definitely take in the Ice Shows as this is best thing onboard. Don't expect fast service at the bars or restaurants so take a deep breath and try to enjoy what is there to see. Try to engage the staff because they won't start the conversation but overall the price reflects what you receive.

Worst cruise of our life. We were verbally threatened by a male passenger at the compulsory muster station meeting on the first afternoon before we even left Sydney. Both of my daughters & I were left traumatised & returned to our room too scared to leave whilst my husband went to see security. But security were too busy having a disembarkation meeting to care. Despite many witnesses & my photos of the male passenger it took them over 24hrs to leave a message on our room phone to say they had spoken to him. Totally ruined our cruise, my daughters are still having nightmares, so much for zero tolerance. We will never travel with Royal Caribbean again. We much prefer Princess cruises for many reasons.

Awesome ship! Just off a 3 day sampler cruise! Crown & Kettle is best bar! Look out for Ni & Alex there who are the best bar staff ever!! Ice skating show was fantastic. Food was great everywhere.

As always we enjoyed ourselves. Look forward to our next cruise

My first big ship cruise. Thoroughly enjoyed it. A few more days would’ve been nice.

We're Australian and just returned from a 10 night South Pacific cruise ex Sydney. Despite an extensive refurbishment in 2015 the ship is showing its age (we were first time cruisers and even we could tell). Nevertheless, our cabin was really well appointed and everything was well maintained .... just a bit tired here and there. Every staff member we had contact with was beyond friendly and extremely attentive to guest needs. Within a day they invariably remembered our names and we enjoyed many funny conversations during the cruise. We'd happily sail aboard this ship again based on the staff interactions alone. Food was average in general, and well below expectations in the main dining room (as a consequence we decided to eat in the Windjammer Cafe after the second night. It was nicer with better choices.) I'd say most larger Australian clubs are of a similar or better standard. Drinks are VERY expensive ($10 AUD for a warm beer and $4+ for a juice or Coke). Entertainment was only fair with the exceptions being the ice skating and dance shows, which were outstanding. Other services were all above expectations and getting on and off was a piece of cake at every port. Royal Caribbean takes security very seriously and there were no issues with marauding kids or drunken passengers at all. Overall, this workhorse provided us with a very fine cruising experience and we intend enjoying her again soon.

We loved every minute of our cruise. As first time cruisers we will definitely be cruising again and definitely with Royal Carribbean, could not fault our experience.

Cruise was fantastic 10 night was a little long for myself and partner. It is a cruise ship that you’d want to bring your friends on with to keep social and more entertained.

It was a 9 day cruise with extended family which is key to a great cruise. It was nice activity filled cruise. The ship was more a destination than the ports visited. I will go on the ship again if I get a chance and with the right itinerary.
