The ship was clean, everyone was nice and it just seemed to be so organized getting on board and leaving

On Explorer of the Sea I felt that the ship prime concern was separating people from their money ASAP. There were almost no activities that did not involve an additional cost. When at sea, there was a constant and extensive display of assorted items for sale to the extent that it was, at times difficult to walk past the tables displaying the overpriced items

We took this cruise to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We had a great time and were treated like kings and queens. The staff and services were excellent. The ship was in very good repair and kept very clean.

the crew counld not have3 been more accomadating, even the employee's in the stor3es wer3e helpful, pleasant, and kind.

Generally good experience, though value was at best OK in that they tend to "nickel & dime" additional costs into the onboard experience. This detracts substantially from the overall impression, and is clearly a problem with management philosophy.

Ship was amazing, very clean for over 3200 people on board. Staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. Cabin was very nice and always kept clean. We had smooth sailing, which makes a big difference in the perception of the cruise.

Really nice ship,great promenade area, seems like they could have a couple more shops in the promenade and maybe one less bar.

My family had a great time on the Explorer of the Seas. The crew was very friendly and helpful. Everything ran on time, from the shows, to activities and meals. We would hightly recommend this cruise.

It was dated and carpets, bedding, walls needed updating. The outside could have used a fresh coat of paint too.

Excellent. I was very nervous since this was my first cruise experience but I guess since the ship is so big didn't get sea sick. The sea band works great.

We booked the cruise as the last minute. The Explorer of the Seas brought back fond memories for us. It was the first cruise ship we went on about 8 years ago out of Miami.The staff was exceptional. So friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely great. The activities were there if you wanted or you could do nothing and read a book,, sleep etc. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Would love to see more island added to the Ships going out of Bayonne, NJ.

Great cruise. The ship and staff are incredable and we had a Great time.. We will definately be cruising on Royal Carribean again...

I wish that I would have taken a longer cruise. I loved Royal Carribean and I loved the entertainment and food. It must have took some time to prep for the cruise because it was wonderfully planned out. I recommend going to Karaoke night. That was the best part. Also be a part of the Quest game show. The shows were fun for everyone. Bermuda was gorgeous, but it was hard to see everything. There is so much to see there and two days is not enough time. The beaches are beautiful and they are very eco friendly.

This was our first cruise but from this experience it won't be the last. The Explorer of the Sea was excellant. The staff was faultless and looked to our every need.

WE LIKE A TRIP

The ship is beautiful, clean. The staff is extremely friendly. The daycare camp is amazing, it was very hard to get my son to leave it without a fight. The food was great, the entertainment was a lot of fun too. There were a lot of laughs and good times. We met a bunch of new facebook friends too.
