We really enjoyed our time on Explorer of the Seas after a very long anticipated wait time and lots of anxiety over getting vaccinated and all the protocols. We had made a conscious choice not to get vaccinated for several reasons, but the desire to go on this cruise was overwhelming and we chose to get vaccinated. The embarkation process sounded so intimidating, but we were prepared, and Royal Caribbean did a great job. I was amazed at how easy and painless it was. The lower capacity on the ship was nice so there was not as long a wait at the elevators and easy to find a chair by the pool, but it did make some of the activities less fun I think because there weren't enough people to really get things going. Overall, it was a fantastic experience despite the COVID protocols that were necessary. Every staff member we encountered was cheerful, friendly and accommodating. We will definitely go on another Royal Caribbean cruise in the future.

Ship was very cheap and the staff greeted you daily. Vaccinated vs. Non-vaccinated were separated in the Main Dining room and Solarium.

Learning experience for our first cruise back. Some precautions were well taken; others need further consideration. Lack of transparency of testing and contact tracing for some guests is uncalled for.

Outstanding cruise overall, great value! Especially liked being in a new port every day, no "at sea" days. The staff/service on board was exceptional, as was the entertainment.

For a Covid generation cruise, I have to say the Royal Caribbean did qn excellent job! The staff everywhere on the ship was amazing! Definitely would recommend to everyone.

It was overall a great cruise, would love to see RCC add shade structure over the suite guest lou hung area on pool deck and advertise spa deals on the app or in room.

This was a great cruise with great islands. I highly suggest them. The ship was filled to half capacity so very easy to get around. The service was still amazing.

We had a great time, if you decide to venture onto this ship you will not be disappointed.

For our first cruise back after cruise shut-down, this was excellent! We loved sailing on Explorer, and would sail on her again. We made all of our port stops, and enjoyed each port. As long as we could keep track of the protocols on the ship and the different protocols on each island, we were fine. The itinerary was wonderful, and the ship & crew were just what we needed after not cruising for 617 days.

Very nice cruise, goods ports of call and just the right number of days. Ship is a little dated, but is scheduled to be renovated soon.

Cruising is our families preferred vacation. You are spoiled and don't have to figure out what to do and where to eat everyday. It is easier to relax and enjoy your time when everything is available to you on the ship and the ports.

Again, we love this size ship and enjoyed everything about the ship except food in the dining room is not as good of quality as we have in past cruises either with RC or other cruise lines.

We had a wonderful time onboard the Explorer of the Seas. Can't wait to book another cruise

This is our second cruise and will continue to book our next one on that years current cruise. It is always an amazing experience. The only complaint I would have (and it may seem petty but I do think it is something that should be offered automatically) is the fact that real cream is not offered at any dining room, buffet, or the cafe unless you ask for it, and then most waiters didn’t understand what u were asking for because half and half is at every station. The half and half is milk. No cream at all and it doesn’t come close to lightening up the coffee enough for someone who enjoys many cups a day. The first cruise we went on it was almost impossible to get cream even after asking. This cruise we were taken care of very well but had to ask every day in the buffet. I’m thinking this should be an easy fix, and would make many cruisers very happy.

We had a wonderful time. We loved the pre-recorded ballroom dance music. We enjoyed the zumba and fun fitness classes, as well as the ballroom and line dance classes. We really enjoyed the ice skating shows as well. The food and service were very good. We suggest discontinuing the piped in music in the Windjammer. It is often loud and the selection of songs does not make for a pleasant eating experience. The accoustics in the theatre can be very loud, especially when the singers in the shows are performing. We had to leave the theatre on one occasion because the amplification of their voices was ear-piercing. We really enjoyed eating at the buffet in the Saphire Lounge. Thank you for a wonderful cruise - we will be back!

One hour time zone change during cruise. Felt that these beaches were nice, but would be just as happy with Eastern & Western Caribberan, which are closer.

We loved our cruise on Explorer of the Seas. The food, cabin, and service was top notch. We recommend Explorer of the Seas!

A 2006 cruise on Royal Caribbean was wonderful. This cruise did not meets those standards. I hope it is not a trend that you can only get excellent service if you pay extra.

Its was fun relaxing and stress free! Which we visited more places but that for a another trip

Overall, felt like a great experience for the money. Nassau was a bit disappointing, Labadee was beautiful. Ship's decor is a bit outdated but amenities, staff and food were all excellent.
